We have already been in the business for 12 years and build superior Wakeboards in our own production facility.

This allows us to manufacture smaller quantities. That’s how we made customized rental boards for example for Supieria, Wakepark Berlin, Wakepark Brombachsee just to name a few. These boards are enjoying the same quality standards as our serial boards.

Already starting from a quantity of only ten pieces we are able to realize your own high-end rental/shop board.
We will only need the print file and there we go. These can be supplied by yourself also with our board customizer or our graphic designer creates something for you.

Hier entsteht die Magie

Unsere Produktionsstätte ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was es braucht, um hochwertige Wakeboards zu bauen.

Mit unserem Digitaldrucker und der Siebdruckmaschine fangen wir an unsere Top und Base Sheets vorzubereiten. Zusammen mit unserem hoch haftenden Epoxidharz, feinstem Fieberglas Gelege und unserem CNC bearbeiteten Paulownia Holzkern kommt dieses leckere Sandwich in unsere selbst entwickelte Presse.

Danach wird das fast fertige Board im Finishing vollendet und veredelt.

Ein handgemachtes Wakeboard in unseren Händen zu halten motiviert uns jedes Mal aufs Neue Wakeboards von höchster Qualität zu bauen und uns von Tag zu Tag zu steigern. Natürlich wird jedes Board von uns selbst inspiziert bevor es verschickt wird.

Where the magic happens

Our production facility includes everything you need to build superior wakeboards.

Starting with our printing section for preparing our top and base sheets. Together with our high bonding epoxy resin, best quality fiberglass and a cnc milled paulownia wood core, this "tasty sandwich" will be placed in our long improved press.

Now the almost born board is ready to hit our finishing area where it gets sanded by hand.

Holding a final handcrafted wakeboard in our hands motivates us to build the best quality wakeboards and to improve our craft day by day. Of course every single wakeboard gets inspected by ourselves to make sure the quality is on point before it gets shipped out.

Alle unsere Wakeboards werden nach allerhöchsten Qualitätsstandards gefertigt und regelmäßig auf Herz und Nieren geprüft. Jede neue Serie wird vorab von unseren Teamfahrern bis zum Erbrechen gefahren. Dabei legen wir auf maximale Beanspruchung des Materials besonderen Wert. Nur so können wir sicher sein, dass sie im Alltag lange halten. Erst nachdem die Boards diese Tortur überstanden haben, werden sie in Serie gefertigt. Stabile Boards bedeuten zufriedenere Kunden und weniger Rückläufer.

All our wakeboards get manufactured under high quality standards and checked for heart and soul. Every series get tested to the fullest by our team riders. Therefore we put our focus on a maximum of strain. Only this way we can be sure the boards last for a long time. After surviving this trail we start the serial production. Durable boards mean more happy customers and less warranty claims.
